Position Overview:Â We are seeking a highly professional and proficient Business development Manager to drive profitable growth within our existing customer base and acquire new accounts. This role focuses on maximizing own brand label sales and strategically engaging Multi Academy Trusts to open new revenue channels. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven, analytical, and commercially minded individual with a strong background in sales and new business development.

- Achieve profitable growth within the existing customer base by maximizing own brand label sales.
- Acquire new accounts within defined geographic and other target parameters.
- Strategically engage Multi Academy Trusts to foster new business opportunities.
- Maximize profit through the identification and development of new revenue channels.

Required Experience:
- Proven experience in new business development, ideally within an education environment, including in-depth involvement in bids and tenders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategies to acquire customer accounts through proactive and collaborative efforts.
- Experience in identifying and establishing new revenue streams.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales.
- Demonstrated history of successful new business development.
