Carrington West is recruiting for an Arboriculture Specialist / Inspector. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled arboriculture professional to oversee the management and maintenance of trees across public highways and countryside sites.
 
·Conduct regular tree health and safety inspections on public highways and countryside sites.
·Investigate reports regarding tree health, safety, and potential damage to properties.
·Plan, commission, and oversee tree maintenance and management works with contractors.
·Perform routine safety and quality control audits on completed works.
·Provide expert professional advice on landscape planning proposals.
·Offer solution-focused guidance on trees and hedgerow management plans.
 
·Level 6 / Degree qualification in Arboriculture or equivalent experience.
·LANTRA Professional Tree Inspection certification.
·Certification in the use of countryside management tools.
·Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
·Proficiency in ICT, planning, and organisational skills.
·Experience working within a highways, countryside management, or arboriculture discipline.
 
·Competitive salary of £36,124 - £37,938 per annum.
·37-hour work week with ongoing training and professional development.
