A vibrant school in Devizes is looking for a 0.66 Year 1 Class Teacher for Terms 5 and 6 for a maternity cover.

Role Overview:

• Role: Part Time (0.66) Year 1 Class Teacher
• Class Structure: 28 Children and a Full Time TA
• Location: Devizes
• Start Date: Term 5
• Contract: Temporary, until the end of Term 6
• Salary: Paid to scale

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to undergo the process)
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (for overseas candidates, ENIC recognition and right to work are required)
• Be a reflective, empathetic, and engaging practitioner, passionate about making a real impact on pupils' lives
• Have high expectations for every pupil, with confidence in using effective classroom management strategies
• Build strong rapport with students, staff, and the wider school community
