Our client, socialising in town planning, is currently seeking a proactive Graduate Planning Officer to join their team. This permanent role will be based in their office, where you will work closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality planning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research and analysis related to town planning projects
- Preparing accurate and detailed reports on planning applications and proposals
- Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of planning applications
- Ensuring compliance with relevant planning policies and regulations
- Providing technical support to senior planners as required
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to project discussions
Job Requirements:
