Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this successful niche organisation based near Devizes to recruit an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The role will mostly be site based and due to the location you will need transport.

The purpose of the role is to lead and deliver an efficient and effective HR service for a specific division of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee and supervise all HR administration day to day tasks and processes Oversee and ensure the recruitment, onboarding and off boarding process is efficient Deliver and co-ordinate all HR operational activity for your division within the defined timeframes to include:

  • Salary reviews and benchmarking
  • Annual promotion process
  • Partner remuneration process in conjunction with the Head of HR
  • Collaborate effectively across the wider HR team to enable a joined-up approach between all processes linked to HR activity
  • Streamline and automate processes and systems to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide regular HR reports and monitor HR operational metrics
  • Ensure all templates are up to date
  • Keep up to date with changes in legislation and ensure the wider HR team are kept up to date
  • Review HR policies on a regular basis to ensure they are up to date and aligned with the employer brand and compliant with relevant legislation
  • Ensure HR compliance with GDPR
  • Ensure all data on the HR system is up to date and audited on a regular basis
  • Escalate technical and strategic matters that require support from HR
  • Act as a key point of contact for the division, providing a consultative advisory service to managers and staff on all employee matters including performance management, restructuring, maternity / shared paternal leave, absence, grievances and disciplinary

About You:

  • Degree level qualification preferably in HR or Business-related field or full CIPD qualification
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
  • Proficient in HR Systems with the ability to produce and analyse data
  • Proven experience is streamlining and improving processes
  • Experience of leading HR projects
  • Able to provide pragmatic and commercial HR advice
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Be able to act confidentially and diplomatically
