Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, WiltshireThis is a superb opportunity for someone with a strong background in conveyancing, ideally qualified, to provide help and supervisory experience to the existing well-run conveyancing team.With your extensive knowledge of , ideally the Wiltshire and Somerset property markets but more importantly your general all round experience across all areas of Residential Property you will run your own caseload from start through to post-completion.You can expect to find a mixed caseload of sales and purchase files, leasehold and freehold matters, remortgages, first registrations and transfers of equity.The ideal candidate will also have experience in leasehold enfranchisement, shared ownership, right to buy, easements and the Building Safety Act, however training can be provided on these subject areas.You should be ambitious and want to pass your experience on, cementing your own and the firm's reputation as "go-to" people for the region.Strong time management skills are a must, as is attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Wiltshire area.
