This is a new role within the organisation and will be working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and shape a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing operations.
Imagine being at the helm of operational excellence, steering a team towards unparalleled efficiency and excellence! As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be entrusted with leading a department dedicated to continuous improvement.
The Operational Excellence Manager will be sitting on the Senior Leadership team, and you will be playing a pivotal role in optimising operational processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas of optimisation and implement strategic solutions
* Set ambitious targets and KPIs across the business
* Champion a culture of empowerment and learning
* Act as a key member of the SLT to provide guidance to short, medium and long-term objectives
The business has great plans to develop and a genuine commitment to aiding the individual to make real changes that will impact the short, medium and long term goals of the organisation.
In this role, you will have the autonomy to make a real impact, driving cultural improvement and shaping the future of the business.
