Office Administrator 24k-28k
One of my favourite clients has just instructed me to source an experienced Administrator to join their small team based in Dewsbury.
Every time I visit this client the whole team are always laughing and joking and really enjoy working there
Due to a recent and unexpected resignation we are looking for a candidate to take on the role of parts & service administrator.
Let me tell you a bit about my client
- Hugely Successful- Turnover up from 1 million to 8 million
- Really friendly team- Small team of 8 always going on team events such as lunch & nights out
- Develop staff- Several employees have been promoted within higher roles
- Well established- Formed in the year 2000
Let me tell you about some of the duties
- Raising repair quotes and sending them to customers
- Creating new parts and accessories records on system. Ensure engineers are adequately supplied with all parts
- Receiving and booking in parts
- Dealing with telephone and on-line parts enquiries
- Answering phone calls and booking break downs

Let me tell you what my client is looking for
Essential – Administration experience (minimum 2 years) within small office environment
Essential - Location- Lives in Dewsbury, Wakefield or Huddersfield (or surrounding) NOT LEEDS
Preferable- Parts or Service experience
Preferable – Experience of dealing with Engineers or Contractors
