Are you a temp bias recruiter seeking an Onsite role managing one client based in DEWSBURY and around 70/75 temps. Look no further....working for a leading supplier of onsite recruitment solutions, this opportunity is based at a client site managing the plan to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible. Maintaining the client relationship and managing their expectations - meeting with the SMT weekly to understand the recruitment need for the following week and recruiting in line with the requirements as discussed and to timely deadlines. You will also ensure the temporary workers are happy and paid accurately and on time. Furthermore, you will be involved in check ins, backfills, inductions, floor walks and building essential relationships. Problem solving, with effective communication together with a keen eye for detail are a MUST in the role.

To be consider you MUST already work within recruitment (temp bias) solutions and know all processes involved inc obtaining RTW docs and reference etc. Possessing key communication and organisational skills together with a high fulfilment rate must be demonstrated. Working Mon-Fri flexi 40 hrs with oncall when necessary you will be well remunerated for your time and commitment to the position. Salary on offer is £29/30k level plus bonus DOE. There is free parking onsite and you MUST be able to drive with access to your own car.
