Service Coordinator

Requirement for an organised Service Coordinator to join a specialist in materials handling solutions, managing engineers to ensure maintenance and repair activities are carried out effectively and to the client's satisfaction.

As the Service Coordinator you will be responsible for:

• Liaising with clients and engineers, booking repair visits,
• Building relationships with existing clients to maximise account retention and customer satisfaction,
• Responding to inbound queries, both over the phone and by e-mail.

To be successful in this role, the Service Coordinator will have:

• Experience coordinating engineers' diaries,
• Good customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills,
• Target driven, working to set daily and weekly KPIs.
