Day-to-day of the role:- Support pupils with special educational needs in their learning and development.
- Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
- Build positive relationships with pupils to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to deliver a tailored curriculum that meets the diverse needs of students.
- Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- Confidence and a proactive attitude towards supporting children with special needs.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
