£45-47k DOE + 10% pension matched + 33 holidays + 5% Bonus + Overtime
Monday to Friday 07:30 – 4:30pm

The Company
ATA have partnered with the UK’s leading manufacturer supplying into the biggest names within the build and construction sectors. They have just moved to a brand new fully automated sight which was completed last April. My client is growing and are now recruiting for an experienced Maintenance supervisor to oversee a team of 3 engineers.
This role would suit an existing leader or someone that with a proven track record of overseeing between 3-6 at a time.
As the maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for your team whilst also being hands on to ensure maximum efficiency of the machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of 3 engineers
- Schedule planned preventative maintenance.
- Mentoring and developing
- Ensuring your team in the best position to carry out their work to the best of their ability
- Reactive and planned maintenance
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical components.
- Replacing parts like for like.
- Ensuring permit to work is in place and adhered to ensure contracts and colleagues can work safely
The ideal candidate for this maintenance supervisor position must have the following skills, abilities and qualifications:
- Must have a recognised electrical or mechanical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G, HNC, HND).
- Must be able to fault find with a multi meter and swap out components
- Experience of working within a FMCG, Food or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential
- A positive can-do attitude.
