We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Assembler to join the team and contribute to the production of their outstanding products.

Role Overview:
As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling cabinets and other woodwork components with high accuracy and attention to detail. You will work with various tools and materials to construct custom cabinetry according to specifications and design requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking or cabinetry, a strong work ethic, and a passion for craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble cabinets, doors, drawers, and other wood components according to blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
  • Use a variety of hand tools and power tools, such as drills, saws, sanders, and nail guns, to cut, shape, and finish materials accurately.
  • Ensure all components are properly aligned, secured, and assembled with attention to detail and precision.
  • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and alignment, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including carpenters, finishers, and installers, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Assist in the inventory management of materials and tools, reporting any shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cabinetry, woodworking, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in cabinet assembly, such as drills, saws, clamps, and sanders.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of wood materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy materials or components as needed.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:
