Reed Oxford are delighted to be partnering with a client in South Oxfordshire for the recruitment of a dynamic Administrator to join their team. This role offers a chance to play a pivotal role in the heart of their operations and reports directly to the Executive Assistant and promises a busy and varied role full of potential for progression.Â
Core Responsibilities include:
- Handle general office tasks, including phone calls and email inquiries
- Overseeing weekly timesheet submissions and purchase order requests
- Coordinate bookings for site staff
- Keep the office well organised and stocked with necessary supplies
- Administrative support to the EA and team
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a bustling environment and is ready to step up when new challenges arise. The Administrator must be comfortable with using Excel, alongside having some previous administrative experience.  With a salary of up to £27,000 per annum based on experience alongside a yearly bonus, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Location: South Oxfordshire and office-based
