We are seeking an R&D Scientist to join a dynamic team, focusing on the design and development of biomaterials and coatings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects with a wide range of medical applications.

Responsibilities
* Contribute to both in-house and client projects, applying strong technical expertise.
* Work collaboratively within an R&D team, ensuring effective communication and project execution.
* Analyse experimental data and maintain meticulous lab records.
* Liaise with suppliers and other stakeholders to drive projects forward.
* Troubleshoot lab and equipment issues, ensuring smooth operations.
* Work within a highly regulated environment, following best practices and safety protocols.
About you
* Degree (or higher) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Biomaterials, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, or related field).
* Proven experience running projects independently in an R&D or industrial setting.
* Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP) and safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent teamworking and communication skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration.
