Role Overview
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure they are greeted warmly and have their questions answered. You will communicate any changes to the original time or cost estimates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Answering the telephone promptly.
Responding to emails in a timely manner
Professional communication with customers
Managing bookings and the diary
Ensuring customer needs are met promptly and professionally
Relaying vehicle issues/concerns to the appropriate person
Creating estimates and pricing jobs
Assisting with vehicle drop offs and collections if needed
Performing other administrative duties as required
Education & Experience:
Excellent communication skills
Accurate attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently.
Clean Driving licence required
