Description
The HR Administrator will be:
- Providing administrative support for the HR department.
- Processing internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database.
- Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
- Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
- Supporting other functions as assigned.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
