We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the entire HR department runs smoothly and effectively.

Our client is a medium-sized organisation based in Didcot.

Description

The HR Administrator will be:

  • Providing administrative support for the HR department.
  • Processing internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database.
  • Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.
  • Supporting other functions as assigned.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
