About the Role:

Duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily HR operations and responding to internal/external queries
  • Coordinating recruitment from job postings to candidate feedback
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating the HR system
  • Assisting with employee relations and taking notes during cases
  • Overseeing the new starter process and ensuring smooth onboarding
  • Managing the leaver process and conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting UK payroll administration and global HR initiatives
  • Updating the HRIS
