We are currently looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is key in ensuring all job vacancies are advertised correctly, candidates are thoroughly assessed, and compliance with employment laws is maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Extracting and assessing applications across all recruitment platforms.
Speaking to applicants, explaining roles, and ensuring suitability before progressing their application.
Completing Right to Work checks , DBS checks, DVLA checks and booking Drug & Alcohol tests.
Pulling weekly data on application sources, locations and platform performance.
Managing job adverts,refreshing content and creating engaging social media posts.
Maintaing updated spreadsheets, responding to emails/phone calls promptly and ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
Working closely with Operations Managers and Regional Managers to review recruitment progress.
Ensure job adverts are regularly updated and modified
Maintain a candidate database for future job openings or peak hiring periods.

Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Attention to detail ensuring all documentation is accurate and uploaded in compliance with the company policies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
