As part of the team, you'll play a key role in supporting their growth by working on a variety of exciting projects that include installations, ongoing maintenance, and providing customer support in a range of industrial environments.

The day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing installations on customer production lines, involving mechanical, electrical, and data elements. You will also carry out service and maintenance work, provide customer support over the phone, and perform repair tasks both on-site and in the workshop. Accurate record-keeping and report writing for customer information and billing purposes will be an essential part of the role.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in Industrial Lifting Equipment looking for a varied and challenging role within a growing industrial printing company that offer the opportunity to upskill, to work on a wide range of projects, gaining hands-on experience in installations, repairs, and service work across different industrial sectors.

The Role:

  • Installation and Maintenance of Industrial Inkjet Printing Systems
  • Project Planning, Service, and Repair
  • Mon-Fri 8:30-5:00 (or equivalent)
  • Travel across the UK and occasional European travel

The Person:

  • Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in Industrial Lifting Equiptment
  • Background in electronic and mechanical installations
  • Commutable to Didcot, Oxfordshire
  • Full UK license
