We are looking for a Receptionist for a well-established Legal practice in Didcot. They are a well-established practice providing a full range of services from 3 offices. You would need to be able to cover holiday and sick at the other offices in Abingdon and Wallingford on occasion. All travel expenses would be covered.
This Receptionist role is for Mon-Fri 9am-5pm reporting to the Office Manager to provide an efficient range of receptionist and administrative duties. You will have an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills and be able to present a professional and good first impression to all clients and visitors, whilst having a high degree of confidentiality. The ideal person will be happy working in a client facing role and comfortable learning to use an electronic accounts package and case management system.
Receptionist duties to include:
  • Answer and direct all incoming calls using the switchboard.
  • Maintain the Reception area and receive and look after all visitors.
  • Admin tasks to include handling all post, photocopying, scanning and manual filing.
  • Arrange appointments for fee earners with electronic diaries
  • Simple financial tasks including archiving and data entry
  • Maintain first aid kits, posters, accident books and roll call.
As a Receptionist for this company, you will be entitled to.
