Location: Didcot
Salary: 36,000 - 40,000 per annum + Bonus
Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer with a background in either accident repair or classic car work? We are seeking a skilled individual to join our client in Didcot to help deliver top-quality finishes on a range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and spraying vehicles with precision, ensuring the highest quality finish.
- Working on both classic cars and accident repair vehicles, meeting specific customer requirements.
- Mixing and matching paints to the correct shades.
- Sanding, polishing, and ensuring a smooth finish for each job.
- Collaborating with a dedicated team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in paint spraying, preferably with a background in classic car restoration or accident repair.
- ATA Accreditation highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Experience with both traditional and modern spray equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality results.
- A team player with good communication skills.
