NXTGEN have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join a globally recognised brand at their flagship site in Norfolk. As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with various business units, using your financial knowledge to provide detailed analysis and help improve decision-making across the group. This role is ideal for someone looking to take their next step in a commercial finance role, gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

In this role, you will assist in the month-end process, producing reports and forecasts, and supporting the wider finance team with the analysis of financial performance against budgets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of month-end management reports and variance analysis
  • Support the production of consolidated management accounts for the group
  • Provide cost centres with insights on financial performance against budget
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for allocated regions
  • Work with senior finance team members to influence financial decisions
  • Support the preparation of regular financial reports, providing commentary on key trends and performance
  • Help build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure finance is aligned with operational leaders across the business

The successful candidate will ideally be Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or analysis. You will have strong Excel skills and a keen interest in developing your commercial finance experience. An ability to work with large datasets and provide clear, concise insights is key to succeeding in this role. You should also be confident in working with stakeholders to communicate financial performance and contribute to strategic discussions.
