We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Finance Business Partner to support key operational leadership across the business and Client Operations Divisions in the UK. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will serve as the primary point of contact between Finance, Divisional Directors, and senior leaders, helping them understand key drivers of business performance and profitability. You will play a crucial role in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, and be confident in challenging assumptions and thought processes. Precision and attention to detail are critical to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with commercial experience in a dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will be genuinely interested in business operations, articulate, and self-motivated. You’ll join a strong team of Finance Business Partners and interact regularly with senior Finance leadership, with ample opportunities to develop both your skills and career.
Skills:
Extensive experience in a commercial finance environment
Proficiency with accounting systems and large data sets
Experience collaborating with non-finance teams to drive business results
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Strong attention to detail
A natural curiosity, with a drive to solve problems and improve existing processes
Advanced Excel skills
