Michelle Denny Recruitment is pleased to be working with a very successful personal injury solicitor company based in Diss who are searching for a Legal Administrator – this opportunity will enable you to embark on a professional career with a starting salary of £25,000pa. This full-time, permanent role offers you the scope to put your already fabulous administration and customer service skills to great use within their expanding team. We’re particularly seeking an enthusiastic individual who flourishes on customer interaction and loves all things admin! As part of the close-knit and friendly client care team, your responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with incoming callers to gather and verify client information.
  • Collaborating with medical and rehabilitation partners to progress cases.
  • Providing regular updates to clients regarding significant milestones and arranging appointments.
  • Communicating with witnesses and other parties.
  • Demonstrating strong organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your caseload.
  • Identifying and addressing potentially invalid claims.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in an empathetic way, as some clients will be going through personally challenging times.
  • Confidently expressing yourself both verbally and in writing.
