As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll data and will play a pivotal role within the team ensuring you are adhering to up to date legislation and payroll guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely, accurate collection of payroll data
  • Input and import data into the payroll system
  • Calculate absence and statutory sick payments
  • Process statutory maternity/adoption/paternity payments
  • Manage starters and leavers
  • Handle overpayment calculations and recovery
  • Update tax codes and student loan details
  • Issue payslips, P11d, P60, and P45 via MiCVS
  • Process deductions (AEOs, SAYE, childcare vouchers, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with National Minimum Wage laws
  • Maintain P11d records and report to HMRC
  • Generate payroll KPI and monthly reports for managers
  • Work with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to improving departmental processes
