The Role:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with key stakeholders across multiple divisions, acting as a trusted advisor to provide financial insight, analysis, and challenge to business leaders. You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling, ensuring robust financial planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with divisional leaders to provide financial insight and analysis that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets align with business objectives.
  • Develop financial models to track performance, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with non-finance teams to improve financial understanding and drive efficiency.
  • Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

About You:

  • Strong commercial finance experience in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proven track record of business partnering and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Comfortable challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
