Adore Recruitmentare currently looking for a PermanentMulti-skilled Maintenance Operatives.
The role will involve carrying out aftercare maintenance work on new build properties including painting, decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and joining, siliconing and basic carpentry.
The ideal candidate must have full UK driving licence, previous Multi-trade experience and ideally a background in property maintenance, valid CSCS card or willingness to gain.
The jobs will cover Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex, Berkshire, Reading and some parts of London. Working day will start from home.
Occasionally you might be required to stay overnight away from home, full notice will be given.
Working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm. 40hrs per week contracted.
Salary 30350 to 34745 depending on experience and qualifications. Saturday overtime available at x 1.5 pay rate.
