We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Finishing Foreman to oversee the final stages of a residential development. This role offers an opportunity to take full responsibility for ensuring the project is completed to the highest possible standard across 17 plots.

This position is ideal for a professional with excellent organisational skills and a sharp attention to detail. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth handover of each plot while upholding strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee snagging works across 17 plots, addressing the snagging.
• Communicate effectively with relevant teams, ensuring that all snags are reported, prioritised, and resolved in an organised and timely manner.
• Coordinate and manage tradespeople, contractors, and multi-trade finishers to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.
• Uphold commercial procedures and contribute to the efficient and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all completed work meets the required standards of quality and safety.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman within the residential construction sector.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex snagging processes and coordinate across multiple teams.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with contractors, tradespeople, and site management.
• A solid understanding of commercial processes, site operations, and health and safety regulations.
