We are currently working with a rapidly growing independent practice in Sheffield who is going through a really exciting time. Our client is looking for someone who loves Insolvency wants to develop their skills along side a great friendly and very experienced team.

  • So what is this insolvency practitioner looking for? To recruit an experienced Insolvency Administrator or Senior Insolvency Administrator to join their friendly team.
  • Ideally you will be an individual who is keen to progress and develop your insolvency career with them and you will be offered study assistance for CPI if you haven't gained this qualification already.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing your own cases from inception to closure.
  • Communicate with creditors assisting and advising with any queries.
  • Taking responsibility for ongoing compliance on own portfolio of cases.
  • Raise queries on issues from live casework with Manager and/or IP.
  • Provide support and assistance to junior members of the team.
  • Attending site visits as and when required.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks/lawyers/financial institutions.
  • Maintain and update IPS.

Key requirements

  • Our client is looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 plus years experience of corporate insolvency.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft products and ideally IPS however training can be provided.
  • A good communicator with excellent numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate good report writing skills.
  • Be able work under own initiative whilst being a strong team member.
  • Highly confidential.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
