UK Based Engineer, Based Near Doncaster
Basic salary: £42k DOE + Overtime (1.5x) + Allowances / Expenses + Company Van + Life Assurance + Excellent Training Programmes
On target earnings: £50k+
Days based hours, Mon - Fri

The day to day:
The Mechanical Field Service Engineer role is really varied and involves significant travel to customer sites from Monday to Friday.
The main responsibilities of the role include attending breakdowns, PPM’s, installing, various company products. You will be working from home, which will include staying away
- Attend breakdowns of machinery
- Working with various mechanical components
- Welding
A successful Mechanical Field Service Engineer application will have:
This role would suit an industrial maintenance engineer ideally from a process background, however not essential. My client is looking for experience of working on pipework, hydraulics, pumps, valves.
- My client will review all applications from Engineers looking to move into a service role or already in a similar role looking for a new challenge
- Good understanding on mechanical engineering and welding
- Happy to travel and be flexible where required
- Ex Navy/REME
- A strong customer facing ability and problem-solving skills
