Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator that isproficient in operating both a loading shovel and grab to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating machinery during shifts from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 7am to 11:30am.

Responsibilities:

Operate loading shovel and grab according to company procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production.
Drive loading shovel to transport materials within the facility.
Operate grab to move and handle materials as required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator, specifically in operating both loading shovel and grab, preferred.
Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
Valid driver's license with experience driving loading shovel and grab.
Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects if required.

Location: Doncaster

Job Hours:Monday Friday 7am to 6pm and Saturday 7am to 11:30am

Pay rate:14.00
