Academics are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor in Doncaster to start working with our client partner schools across Doncaster as soon as possible.

The role of a Cover Supervisor is perfect for someone who is degree-level trained and considering a career in teaching. This position allows you to work directly in schools, gaining valuable classroom experience whislt being paid.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and cover pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Ensure students are engaged and set high expectations to promote positive learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policy, creating a safe and productive learning environment.
- Communicate with staff members; report on student progress and pass on important messages.
- Uphold the school's safeguarding policy - safeguarding is everyone's responsibility.
