Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading PLC business who are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their facility in Doncaster.
Salary: £55,000-£60,000 (depending on experience)
Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00-16:30 and Friday 8:00-13:00Benefits:- Up to 10% bonus, increasing up to 15% after 12 months- 25 days holiday + stats (option to buy or sell holidays)- 8% combined pension
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Facilities Manager will manage and control the maintenance and utilities of the Doncaster site.
Duties of the Facilities Manager will include:
- Effective control of manpower allocated overheads, and materials to achieve projects and necessary PPM.
- Actively involved in leading and promoting and continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Organise and manage contractors accordingly
- Drive Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental improvements to comply with relevant legislation.
- Manage CAPEX budget of circa £5m per annum
We would like to speak with Facilities Managers with the following:
- Ideally you will have proven experience in building systems, maintenance, and facilities management within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Project management experience
- Experience in budget management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- A continuous improvement mindset
