This is a permanent role from day one with our client in Epworth, Doncaster.

Monday to friday 07.30am to 16.30pm with an early finish on Friday.

Job Duties:
  • Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Building and moulding frames
  • Assemble and join wooden components using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bench Joiner or similar role
  • Proficient in using a variety of woodworking tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bench joinery

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Knowledge of wood properties and materials
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in a workshop environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Apprenticeship in Carpentry or Joinery
  • Additional training in woodworking techniques
Working Conditions:

The role involves working in a workshop environment with exposure to various woodworking tools and materials. The job may require standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
