As a Business Development Manager, you will be required to

  • Go out to local businesses within the area promoting products and services that the company can offer them
  • Price jobs up for clients
  • Work closely with a small team, bringing on new ideas to make the business a success.
  • Be proactive and confident in approaching people
  • Manage your time and diary by being prepared and planning ahead.
  • Potentially attend business showcase events to promote the business
  • Generate and identify new leads
  • Close sales down
  • Managing accounts
  • Maintaining customer relationships

Experience / Skillset required for this role

  • Commercial cleaning background would be preferred
  • MUST have a field sales background or similar
  • Business Development and Account Management experience
  • Driving Licence (no more than 3 points)
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and generating sales
