Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a Group Marketing and Campaigns Manager to support the Director of Marketing and Learner Recruitment in delivering the marketing strategy and action plan. This role involves leading and managing the marketing team to ensure optimum performance during an exciting period of strategic development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in increasing learner recruitment across various demographics, utilising creativity and planning skills to stand out in a competitive market.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Operational management of the marketing, digital, website, and graphic design team, ensuring KPIs are met and the team is proactive and visible to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of the marketing strategy and associated action plan.
  • Coordinate and manage innovative recruitment campaigns to achieve growth targets for each campus and cohort.
  • Analyse campaign data to inform and improve future campaigns.
  • Evaluate marketing requirements for each campus/cohort and plan resources accordingly.
  • Generate a constant flow of positive PR opportunities and regular content for online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate subject area and course information for the website and guides, ensuring all marketing materials are up-to-date and engaging.
  • Manage learner awards and celebration events, as well as support a variety of other events.
  • Build positive working relationships between departments and the marketing team.
  • Enter recognition awards for the Group and drive departments to complete applications on time.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven track record in planning and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing effective teams.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Highly IT literate with experience in Microsoft Office applications and various information systems.
  • Ability to understand, analyse, and present data effectively.
  • Commercially astute with a proactive approach to project completion.
  • A nationally recognised senior industry qualification (e.g., CIPR Diploma, CIM Diploma) or a degree (or equivalent).
  • Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths, or willingness to undertake.
