Our client is seeking a talented Sales and Performance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and exceed targets.
  • Set and monitor clear sales objectives to ensure targets are met.
  • Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and strategic goals.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to proactively engage in the market.
  • Identify and leverage new market opportunities to increase market share.

Team Development and Performance Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training to inspire the team and maximise sales potential.
  • Oversee outbound call quality, providing feedback to ensure high standards and sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform random checks on documentation and CRM data to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Manage and optimise the CRM system.
  • Set individual goals and conduct one-on-one meetings to track team member progress.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Communicate with developers to get updates on sold units.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
