Our client is seeking a talented Sales and Performance Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive growth and lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Leadership
- Design and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and exceed targets.
- Set and monitor clear sales objectives to ensure targets are met.
- Lead the sales team, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and strategic goals.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to proactively engage in the market.
- Identify and leverage new market opportunities to increase market share.
Team Development and Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to inspire the team and maximise sales potential.
- Oversee outbound call quality, providing feedback to ensure high standards and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform random checks on documentation and CRM data to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Manage and optimise the CRM system.
- Set individual goals and conduct one-on-one meetings to track team member progress.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Communicate with developers to get updates on sold units.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to identify market trends and drive strategic initiatives.
