About the Role:

Our client is on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead lead generation efforts for off-plan investments, aiding in their growth objectives. This role involves leading a small marketing team and devising strategies that drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies:

    • Formulate and implement data-driven marketing strategies to generate leads for off-plan investments, aiming to outpace competitors.
    • Gain insights into the market and target audience to create engaging communication materials and content.
    • Optimise lead generation from the group by designing seamless customer journeys and communication plans.
    • Efficiently manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Enhance the digital marketing mix, starting with boosting organic visibility for key search terms and then advancing the paid media strategy with the help of a third-party agency.
    • Improve website performance to boost organic lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Stay competitive by continuously monitoring market trends and understanding customer needs.
  • Optimise lead generation and funnel management:

    • Analyze and refine website and customer journeys to minimise friction and increase lead conversions.
    • Create a content plan that clearly and compellingly communicates the benefits of off-plan investments.
    • Develop and manage the CRM strategy to maximise the potential of the prospect database.
    • Work closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality and improve outcomes.
  • Manage digital channels and agency relationships:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with digital marketing agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns.
