The Role:

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of marketing strategy, spearheading initiatives that generate high-quality leads, strengthen brand identity, refine brand voice, and successfully bring new products to market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how business customers perceive and interact with the product solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Vision & Strategy: identify customer needs & journey, customer profiles, and commercial targets to drive decisions.
  • Lead Generation & Growth Marketing: Develop and execute data-driven lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive customer acquisition.
  • Brand Development & Positioning: Enhance brand awareness and credibility within the FinTech space through innovative storytelling, partnerships, and PR strategies.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Define and refine our brand voice to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints, from website content to sales collateral.
  • Marketing Collateral: Lead on the development of presentations, case studies, content, messaging and product guides to ensure proper positioning of products and aid the sales team.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with product and sales teams to create targeted messaging and value propositions that resonate with our audience. Collaborate with customers to gain insight and feedback, using these to enhance future marketing.
  • Product Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring strong market positioning and customer adoption.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Oversee content marketing, social media, and SEO strategies to improve visibility and engagement. Develop promotional campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with C-Suite, development, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Lead a small team of marketing professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager (or similar role) ideally in the FinTech, SaaS, or financial services industry, at the very least in a B2B environment.
  • Ideally a degree or further development in a related field.
  • Strong expertise in lead generation, brand strategy, customer engagement, and product launches.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in marketing analytics and performance tracking. Track record of insight-led propositions. Translate business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and automation software.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
