Telephone Sales Executive - a new role has become available with our growing client in Doncaster. Parking is on-site and there are also good public transport links.

We are seeking 2 motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketers to join their friendly, focused team. As a Telephone Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting products and services, and generating leads that you can then convert to achieve confirmed sales and contribute to the company's overall success.

We're looking for clear communicators, able to build rapport and connect with a broad range of business and domestic customers.

Duties will include:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Effectively communicating the benefits of working wit the business, addressing any objections, questions or concerns.
  • Using CRM software to log interactions and manage customer relationships.
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
  • Following up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
  • Achieving individual and team targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in a sales capacity - whether face to face, email, or telephone; or equivalent customer service experience that involved up- and cross- selling to achieve targets.
  • Strong, clear verbal communication skills
  • The ability to translate company services and products into benefits for each potential customer
  • Experience using a database system to log calls and monitor sales pipeline
