Job SummaryAs a key member of the Van Sales team, you will actively prospect and identify fleet/retail operators of LCV product to expand our van customer base. You will be a strong relationship builder and use your passion and knowledge of Vans to provide exceptional vehicle solutions to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings.- Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategy and improve performance.- Utilise Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive sales growth.- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a Motor industry.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, enabling effective management of multiple priorities.
