As Property Inspector, you will be required to

  • Schedule and conduct property inspections.
  • Identify and report any necessary repairs or improvements.
  • Provide clear and detailed reports to clients in a timely manner.
  • Communicate inspection findings effectively with property owners, tenants, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and testing fire alarms.
  • Assist with debt collection and work with clients to resolve outstanding balances.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

Candidate:

  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (fuel allowance provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify safety hazards and structural issues.
  • Confident, friendly, and approachable
  • Competent on excel spreadsheet
  • Basic hands-on maintenance skills (e.g., changing light bulbs, testing fire alarms).
