People solutions are looking for a CNC Operator to join our client based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machines with Maestro controls
- Manoeuvring large components using overhead cranes
- Assisting machinists with loading and unloading components
- Operating counterbalance forklifts for transport loading and unloading
- Using hand and power tools to clean and deburr components for despatch
- Inspecting components prior to despatch to ensure quality standards
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment

- Excellent technical skills

- Highly developed concentration and precision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work to a high level of accuracy
- Programming experience
- Possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Previously worked in this environment
- Experience with CNC Maestro -controlled machines
- Proficiency in operating overhead cranes and counterbalance forklifts
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols
- Attention to detail with inspection experience
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
