Location: Doncaster - with excellent transport links just off the M18 motorway.

We are seeking a committed School Site Manager to join our team of support staff at a secondary school based on the outskirts of Doncaster for a full-time, long-term role. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the education and training environment by ensuring the school premises are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Position: School Site Manager, Doncaster based

Hours: Alternating weekly shiftsWeek 1: 6:00 am - 2:00 pmWeek 2: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: £90.00 - £110.00 per day (depending on experience and shift patterns)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.

  • Ensuring the school grounds are safe, clean, and welcoming; this includes sweeping, litter picking, emptying bins, etc.

  • Basic repair work and liaising with contractors when necessary.

  • Opening and closing the school, including security checks.

  • Assisting with the setup of school events and activities to support the education and training environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a School Site Manager or in a maintenance role (preferred but not essential).

  • A proactive approach to work with excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for students and staff.

  • Able to commute to Doncaster.
