Our clients are seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to join their team in Doncaster and assist in supporting the conveyancing department.

THE ROLE:
Duties will include:
Liaising with the conveyancing department to provide support and grow your experience
Work with fee earners to keep transactions moving along efficiently
Managing and maintain files for senior staff
Ensuring the case management system is up to date and files are correctly stored
Dealing with inquiries and guiding clients through procedures
Preparing quote to liaise between buyers, state agents and sellers

THE CANDIDATE:
Conveyancing experience would be preferred
Keen eye for detail
Ability to work efficiently with senior fee earners
Driven to progress in your role
Fast learner in order to adapt to new procedure.
