Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Clerk/Legal Assistant to join a law firm based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full-time job with hybrid working, although part-time working will be considered. Other benefits include a 28 day holiday allowance (rising with service) and genuine support with development.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for dealing exclusively in residential conveyancing matters and be responsible for providing support to the department. Some of the daily duties will include:

  • Audio typing
  • Scanning documents
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Maintenance of files
  • General administration

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Legal Assistants with experience in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters. You will also:

  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a professional telephone manner
