Responsibilities:

To design and deliver and where appropriate procure learning interventions across the organisation. Develop performance management, culture and behaviours by embedding our key values of fairness, excellence and empowerment. Supporting the identification of training needs, preparing relevant and up to date training materials, designing and conducting meaningful and collaborative training programmes

  • Support mandatory training as well as professional and career development training.
  • Work closely with service managers on learning and organisational development, identifying training needs and conducting when needed
  • Design and deliver new training processes
  • Working closely with the L&D team
  • Provide coaching to managers for personal, career and people development
  • Contribute to training days
  • Ad-hoc duties
