Academics Doncaster is seeking a full-time Primary KS1 & Early Years Teaching Assistant for a primary school in central Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate should have Level 2 or 3 teaching assistant qualifications and relevant experience in Key Stage 1 and EYFS settings.
The role involves supporting children's educational and social development, assisting the class teacher, and preparing the classroom for lessons.
The position offers competitive pay, school holidays off, and the chance to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Applicants must be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM daily.

To ensure every individual child's needs are meet, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs and EHCP Plans.
Support the class teacher
Help children with educational & social development
Help get classroom ready for lessons
Listen to children read, support them with reading
Plan and support class teacher with smaller group activities
Supervising group activities

All applicants that apply need to hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent teaching assistant qualification, recent and relevant experience of working within Key Stage Y1 & EYFS Primary setting.
