- Be a role model, showcase your knowledge & lead with best practice.
- To ensure every individual child's needs are meet, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs and EHCP Plans.
- Support the class teacher
- Help children with educational & social development
- Help get classroom ready for lessons
- Listen to children read, support them with reading
- Plan and support class teacher with smaller group activities
- Supervising group activities

All applicants that apply need to hold Level 2 or 3 or equivalent teaching assistant qualification, recent and relevant experience of working within Key Stage Y1 and EYFS Primary setting.
All applicants must comply and meet our clearance standards and need to hold or be willing to put in place an Enhanced DBS.
